Starting from this year, we will open only a Call for Panels and a Call for Author Meets Critique. Papers will only be allowed to be proposed within the open calls published on the website. Papers not included in panels won’t be accepted.
A panel can be closed (with the choice of speakers already settled) or open (therefore connected to its own Call for Papers). In order to be accepted, every panel must be composed of at least 3 participants, 1 chair and at least 2 speakers.
Differently from previous years, the only accepted language for panels and papers is English. As inclusiveness has always been a major focal point for EuARe, it has been decided to unify proposals language in order to allow every participant to take part in discussions and panels throughout the entirety of the Conference.
An extended call for proposals is available here below. It includes detailed information on the submission procedure.
If you have any question on the submission, feel free to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
#EuARe2020 Call for Papers is now open!
At this page you will find the first round of accepted panels, many of which are open to paper proposals. Scroll the list, find your topic, and send your proposal by clicking on SUBMIT YOUR PAPER.
We wish to remind you that, differently from previous years, papers not included in panels won’t be accepted.
Paper submissions will be directly received and evaluated by the person responsible for the panel proposal.
The deadline for submission is Friday, January 17th (23.59, GMT +1).
