To complete your registration, you must first apply for a 2026 membership. We kindly remind you that a valid 2026 Membership is mandatory to register for the conference. 

Membership applications for the year 2026 and the early bird registration for the Conference open on November 4th, 2025.

​​If you wish to apply for early-bird registration, please apply for membership at least two weeks before the early-bird deadline.​

All panelists must be registered by June 1st, 2025.

Regular registration for conference attendees starts on February 2nd, 2026

HOW TO REGISTER: A 2-STEP PROCESS

​

1. Get your 2026 EuARe Membership (mandatory).

2. Once your membership payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a membership code and a link to proceed with your Conference registration. Please note that registration won't be effective until you have completed the registration payment and received the confirmation from Luiss.

​​For technical reasons related to the system’s operation, please wait at least 24 hours after paying for the membership before registering for the conference; otherwise, the registration may not be processed by the system.​​​​​
