We invite publishers, organisations, and other interested parties to exhibit at the Sixth Annual Conference of the European Academy of Religion to be held June 19-23, 2023.

 

This year the Conference will at the University of St Andrews in conjunction with the annual gatherings of the UK Association of Buddhist Studies (UKABS) and the Cusanus Society of UK & Ireland. It will also coincide with a memorial conference celebrating the contribution of Christoph Schwöbel to Christian theology and an international workshop examining topics in music and spiritual realities. The five events expect to attract 700-1000 scholars, students, practitioners, and others interested in theology and religious studies from around the world.

During the conference week, a book and exhibit hall will be set up in the main conference hub, a large and centrally located marquee where conference registration, coffee breaks, lunches, and other events will be held each day, and that will be secured overnight.

Exhibitors will also enjoy discounted accommodation at our university residences (Agnes Blackadder Hall, David Russell Apartments, and University Hall), with prices ranging from between £60-80 per room per night.

Notes:

• Exhibitor prices cover the full duration of the conference. No discount is provided for those attending shorter periods.

• Registered charities receive a 10% discount on all registration rates.

Set up:

• Book and exhibit hall set up will begin on the morning of Monday, June 19. The book and exhibit hall will open Monday afternoon.

• Book and exhibit hall exhibitors are asked to staff their table until 3pm on Friday, June 23.
